The short version

We collect your account details, stream analytics, and device info to keep TikLivePro running smoothly. We don't sell your raw data. You own your content, and social platform tokens are encrypted and deleted the moment you disconnect an account.

1. Introduction

TikLivePro ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our Service, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable privacy laws.

2. Data We Collect

We collect: (a) account information you provide — name, email address, and password; (b) social platform access tokens when you connect TikTok or Facebook accounts, which are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM; (c) usage data including session duration, stream statistics, and feature interactions; (d) technical data such as IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to: provide and continuously improve the Service; authenticate your identity and secure your account; connect to third-party platforms on your behalf to enable streaming; process subscription payments; send transactional and service notifications; and comply with legal obligations.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We share data with: payment processors (Stripe) solely for billing purposes; social platforms (TikTok, Facebook) as required to enable the streaming and comment features you have authorized; analytics providers under strict data processing agreements to help us improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active. Social platform access tokens are deleted immediately upon disconnecting an account. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently erased within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. You may also object to processing or request restriction of processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@tiklivepro.pro. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, which are strictly necessary for the Service to function. We also use analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used and improve it. You may disable non-essential cookies at any time in your browser settings without affecting core functionality.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256-GCM encryption for stored OAuth tokens, HTTPS/TLS for all data in transit, and regular security audits. While we take every precaution, no system is completely secure. Please protect your account credentials and notify us immediately of any suspected breach.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acceptance.
